We started Vital Home Care because finding trustworthy, consistent care for an aging parent shouldn’t feel like a second job. Since 2016, we’ve helped Indianapolis-area families navigate home care and Indiana’s paid family caregiver program — one phone call at a time.

Our story
Care shouldn’t depend on which agency you happen to call first
Vital Home Care was built around a simple idea: families in Indianapolis, Fishers and Central Indiana deserve a home care team that actually picks up the phone, explains the Medicaid paperwork in plain English, and shows up when it says it will.
Today we coordinate senior home care and Indiana’s Structured Family Caregiving program for families across the metro — matching caregivers to routines, handling waiver approvals, and supporting the family members who choose to become paid caregivers themselves.
